How do I cancel my order? |

You can cancel your order during the "Pending Approval" stage. To do so, please login to your myHetep section, click on quot;View All Orders", click on the order you want to cancel, and finally click on "Cancel Order".
Once your order is in "Pending Fulfillment" stage, you cannot cancel your order since we may have already ordered the products from our vendors. Please send us an eMail immediately and we will inform you within 24 hours whether your order
can be canceled.
If the product you ordered is NCNR (Non Cancelable, Non Refundable), you cannot cancel or return at any circumstances since this product may have been manufactured for you specifically.

simple call our customer service at (800) 894-9997. Log in with your eMail Address and Password. Once you are logged in, go to my account section and create a customer support case for us to issue an RMA #. Please don't forget to write the reason for the return. |
