This Sale Agreement is a legal contract between the Customer and WWW.CPRKTS.COM (Hetep Supply Company Inc.) The Customer accepts this Sale Agreement by making a purchase, placing an order, or otherwise shopping on the Site. (References to "you" or "your" shall relate to the Customer; references to "Hetep Supply Company Inc" shall relate to Hetep Supply Company Inc. The terms and conditions of this Sale Agreement are subject to change without prior notice, except that the terms and conditions posted on the Site at the time the Customer initially places or modifies an order will govern the order in question.
This Sale Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and Hetep Supply Company Inc relating to the purchase or sale of goods or services on the Site. Title; Risk of Loss
Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to the purchaser. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Hetep Supply Company Inc is Hetep Supply Company’s Inc., responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Customer is Customer's responsibility.
Export Sales
If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, the Customer must obtain from the federal government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers' warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void for goods exported outside the United States. The Customer should inquire further regarding any questions. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.

Pricing and Information Disclaimer
The prices shown on our web pages are firm. For all prices, products and offers, Hetep Supply Company inc reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances. Method Of Payment & Terms:

Online orders are immediately captured via our secure online ordering system and processed over an encrypted secure site (Verisign’s Payflow Pro Gateway Payment system). Your credit card will be charged in real time (or the following day) when you order online. We also accept checks and money orders. Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified. If you are sending a check, please send it to the name and address given below Credit may be established with proper references, 30 days net terms from date of invoice on account customers. Interest charged at 1.5% per month on past due accounts. Credit card charges are processed online after ordering the products.
Orders are not binding upon Hetep Supply Company Inc until accepted by Hetep Supply Company Inc. Terms of payment are within Hetep Supply Company Inc., sole discretion. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. Hetep Supply Company Inc may invoice parts of an order separately. Customer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law. The Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order.
SHIIPPING & FRIEGHT POLICY
Preferred method of shipping is UPS. Orders that be ship by United Parcel Service will be ship by a third party-shipping company. Shipping and handling charges on all orders vary; contact your Hetep Supply Company Inc account manager for our most current and competitive rates, options and shipping specials.
Error Or Damage In Shipment:
We use the greatest possible care in packing our shipments. Our policy doesn't cover physical damage that may be incurred during shipping. If you receive a product damaged in transit, follow these instructions:
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier immediately. Shipments received via truck must be accepted with all the damage clearly noted on the delivery documents. You must then place a claim with the carrier and contact our customer service department. Damaged claims are the responsibility of the consigned. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. This leaves you open to file a claim when you open and inspect the contents. (Usually the driver will wait until you inspect the contents before leaving if you sign in this manner.) If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim.
Notification by customer must be made to our customer service department with 48 hours of delivery in order to receive full credit for any product error, damage or loss occurring in transit. Claims for damage honored after the original packaging and the carrier has inspected merchandise.
Shipments received damaged via UPS or any freight carrier should be noted with the carrier, and contact our customer service department for processing and replacement.
Inside Delivery:
The driver will assist someone from your business in moving merchandise off the truck into the building. If there is an elevator available, the driver may also assist in taking the merchandise to any floor above or below the delivery floor. If no elevator exists, the driver will only assist in bringing the merchandise into the entrance on the ground floor. If there are steps, additional help will be required if you do not have a loading dock to lower the shipment from the truck to the ground level. You are also responsible for unpacking, setting in place, and debris removal.
Important:
When the shipment arrives, we suggest you check your order immediately. If there is any damage, however small, to the carton, packing material, if pieces are missing, have the driver make notations on the delivery receipt. Open and inspect all packages/cartons immediately. We suggest while the driver is present. Concealed damages discovered after the packages are opened must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise to our custom service department or contact the freight company. Be sure to retain all packing information on how to report the loss/damage to our customer service department for proper procedures for filling out a claim form.
Returned Goods Policy.
No merchandise may return without prior authorization and instructions. All returns merchandise must obtain a
returned goods authorization (RGA) number and must be obtained from customer service or a sales representative for any and all returns. Customers may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 10 days of receipt, except in the case of floor machinery, which is sold on a non-returnable final sale basis. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. A 15% charge will be assessed to cover repackaging.
After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. Please contact customer Service (800) 894-9997 for additional assistance.
Our Returns Department at: sales@hetep.com or retuns@cprkits.com to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RGA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RGA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem. All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items; Hetep Supply Company Inc will match your shipping method on your replacement or exchange item(s).
Hetep Supply Company Inc strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
If goods arrive damaged, it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Hetep Supply Company Inc to file a damage claim. Save the goods AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Hetep Supply Company inc immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify Hetep Supply Company Inc of damaged goods within the first 15 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Call Company customer service department (800) 894-9997 to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
Hetep Supply Company Inc., will direct within 30 days from the invoice date, at Hetep Supply Company’s Inc discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.
Manufacturer restrictions do apply and are outlined in our detailed policy. Any item that is missing the UPC can ONLY be replaced with the same item. After 30 days, all manufacturers' warranties apply. : Hetep Supply Company Inc, the manufacturer direct or any distribution center in your area. Additional manufacturers may be added to this list as: manufacturer policies change, manufacturer goes out of business or in the case of specially ordered items.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns will returned to the original shipping point within 30 days from the invoice date, at Hetep Supply Company Inc discretion for: credit, exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.
Due to manufacturers' policies, Hetep Supply Company Inc cannot accept returns of the following items for exchange, replacement or credit FOR ANY REASON: (Hetep Supply Company in exceptions). DEFECTIVE merchandise or goods can be returned for Replacements ONLY to: Hetep Supply Company Inc, the manufacturer direct or any authorized service center in your area. Additional manufacturers may be added to this list as: manufacturer policies change, manufacturer goes out of business or in the case of specially ordered items.
Hetep Supply Company Inc reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 10 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Hetep Supply Company Inc on returned items, and Hetep Supply Company Inc will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
